Short answers. If yours is not here, email us and it probably ends up on this page.
Because five scents across five products is twenty-five hand-made things, and that is a warehouse, not a workshop. One release at a time means everything you buy was made this month.
It goes. We do not restock. The next release goes up when its batch is ready.
Probably not. If one is loved enough that it would be daft not to, we will say so out loud rather than pretending it is a surprise.
When the batch is ready. We are not going to invent a schedule we then miss.
Four: one box at $119, the Release Pass at $396 for the next four, a standing order at $99 every 90 days, or the Monthly at $24 every 30 days for one piece at a time. All four explained.
No, and every option is designed backwards from that. The Pass is one payment rather than a subscription. The standing order runs on 90 days because that is longer than the gap between our batches, and we pause billing rather than charge for a late batch. The Monthly draws from five pieces set aside for you the day you join.
Because a batch takes as long as it takes. Billing every 30 days for a box that arrives every 60 would mean taking money for something we had not made, which is not a subscription, it is a complaint waiting to happen.
Your five pieces are reserved out of the batch when you join, so you are drawing down your own set rather than waiting on the next drop.
The standing order and the Monthly, any time, effective immediately. The Pass is a prepayment, so cancelling refunds the boxes you have not received.
No. Nothing in a jar does. It softens coarse hair, conditions the skin under it, holds a shape and smells good. That is the whole claim.
Oil is daily and goes on damp. Balm goes on top of it when you want the beard to hold a shape. Butter is the heavy conditioning one for winter or a wiry beard. They are not alternatives to each other.
Every ingredient and its percentage is on the ingredients page, so you can check before you buy rather than after. Patch test inside the elbow, wait 24 hours.
Sweet almond oil is in the oil, the balm and the butter. Not in the wash or the wax.
No, and we are not going to fudge it. There is grass-fed tallow, beeswax and lanolin in this range. They are in there because they work.
Not yet.
Yes, no minimum. It is priced in rather than bolted on.
