Thirty days. Opened is fine. You have to actually use a beard product to know whether it suits you, so a sealed-only policy would be dishonest.

Opened productsAccepted. Use it, decide, then tell us.
RefundFull, to the original payment method, within 5 business days of the return arriving.
Return postageWe pay it if the product was faulty or we sent the wrong thing. You pay it if you simply did not like it.
Sold-out releasesRefunded, not exchanged. Once a batch is gone we cannot replace it.

Email hello@beardedhipster.com with your order number and one line about what was wrong. We send a return address the same day. No form, no ticket number, no automated reply asking you to confirm the thing you just said.

If it made you itch

Stop using it and tell us which product and which release. We will refund you whether or not you send it back, and we would genuinely like to know — it is useful information about a formula.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time, and cancelling takes effect immediately. You are never billed for a box that has not shipped.
